Position: Medical Receptionist
• Job Type: Permanent Part-Time to Full-time (0.5 FTE to 1 FTE)
• Minimum 12 month contract (shorter contracts considered for those with prior experience)
• Start Date: Immediate availability for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings efficiently
• Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information to patients and visitors
• Assist with patient billings and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements:
• Genuine enjoyment of helping people and contributing to their well-being
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer proficiency, including experience with medical software (training provided if necessary)
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality, particularly in a small-town community setting
