We have now completed our analysis of the feedback and would like to share some of the significant findings with you.

Overall, we found that:

• Our patients are very happy with the healthcare they receive at our practice

• Our patients are very happy with the service they receive from our administration staff

• Our patients are very happy with the availability for privacy and the staff’s confidentiality

There are several ways we can improve the level of service the clinic provides:

Feed back Improvements
We need to reduce waiting time in the surgery.
We will provide predicted wait times for patients on the phone and when they arrive at the surgery

Access to after-hours medical services.
We are continuing to work on a viable solution to providing an after hours access to healthcare in Mallacoota. This has been an ongoing project of the Mallacoota Medical Centre
